1. Agreement Overview
Welcome to KV Music Network. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Artist Rights & Grant of License
You keep 100% of your ownership. KV Music Network does not claim ownership of your intellectual property.
- You grant us a non-exclusive license to distribute your music to digital stores (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.).
- You grant us the right to collect royalties on your behalf.
- You confirm that you own or control all necessary rights to the content you upload.
3. Prohibited Content
We do not distribute content that is hate speech, pornographic, fraudulent (fake artists/streams), or infringes on third-party copyrights. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these policies without refund.
4. Payment & Payouts
Royalties are paid monthly based on reports from stores. We deduct applicable taxes and fees before payout. A minimum threshold of $50 applies for withdrawals. While we strive for accuracy, we are not responsible for errors in store reporting.
5. Account Termination
You may terminate your agreement with us at any time by requesting a takedown of your releases. We may terminate your account for violation of these terms, including fraudulent streaming activity.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
