KV Music Network respects the intellectual property rights of others. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable copyright laws.
If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please follow our notice and takedown procedure.
2. Reporting Infringement
To file a copyright complaint, please provide the following information in writing to our designated Copyright Agent:
- Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- Identify the material that is claimed to be infringing (URL or specific location).
- Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email address).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent. It must include:
- Identify the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
4. Repeat Infringers
KV Music Network will terminate user accounts that are determined to be repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice.
